Controller

Data and purposes

• Contact, quotation and callback forms collect the details you enter: name, company, email, telephone, request, language and originating page. The estimation form also sends the turnover, shrinkage rate and estimates you choose to submit. Required fields are identified; without them we cannot process the request.
• The navigation assistant processes questions locally in your browser. No questions are sent to an AI provider. Conversation history is held in page memory and disappears on reload or closure. When you open its contact form, recent messages may prefill the request; you can edit it before submitting. Only the form you submit is sent to Easy Solutions.
• Hosting and anti-spam services process technical information, including IP address and browser. Forms use honeypot fields and, depending on the form, Google reCAPTCHA or Cloudflare Turnstile. The website does not send the business contents of form fields to these anti-bot services.
• Google Fonts provides fonts and receives technical connection information, including IP address and browser.
• Only with consent, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and Google Ads measures successful quotation requests, using visit data and potentially ad-click identifiers. Google Signals, remarketing and personalised advertising are disabled.

Legal bases

Our legitimate interests cover responding to professional enquiries, operating the site and preventing abuse. Steps requested before a contract apply when you are personally a party to the proposed contract. Contract performance and legal obligations cover customer administration and invoicing. Optional analytics and conversion measurement require your consent.

Recipients and international transfers

Authorised Easy Solutions staff and necessary providers access the data. We do not sell it. Netlify hosts the site and processes submissions through Netlify Forms. IONOS hosts our business email and manages our domain. Google supplies Fonts, reCAPTCHA and consent-based measurement; Cloudflare supplies Turnstile when enabled. Online payment is not open: this version sends no payment data to Stripe or PayPal.

Netlify, Google and Cloudflare may process data outside the EEA, including in the USA. Providers offer transfer safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and, where applicable to the entity and processing, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Contact us for information and copies of applicable safeguards.

Retention

• Enquiries without a contract: up to 3 years after the person's last contact, including copies in Forms and email.
• Customer data: during the relationship, then restricted archiving for applicable statutory periods; invoices and accounting records: 10 years.
• Assistant history: page memory only, except information you choose to submit in the contact form.
• Consent preference: 180 days. Analytics cookies: up to 13 months. Other measurement identifiers depend on the service configuration and can be removed by withdrawing consent.

Cookies and browser storage

The cart uses local storage “easySolutionsCartV129” to remember products, versions, quantities and delivery zone for 30 days after your last use. These data remain in your browser and contain no contact or payment details. Empty your cart or clear the website data to remove them.

The Google measurement tag loads only after acceptance. Rejecting optional measurement does not prevent browsing; essential display and form-security services remain available. Use the cookie settings button at the bottom of the page to change or withdraw consent.

• _ga and _ga_*: visit measurement with consent, up to 13 months.
• _gcl_*: quotation conversion attribution with consent.
• A temporary quotation marker may remain in session storage for 10 minutes to avoid duplicate conversion counting.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting previous lawful processing. Write to info@easysolutions-france.com. We respond within one month, unless a legally justified extension applies. Security

The published site uses HTTPS. Access to enquiries is restricted to authorised people. Retention periods also apply to provider-held copies. Avoid entering sensitive information in messages.
