This site only collects data that you voluntarily submit via the contact and callback forms:

- Message content and nature of the request
If you consent to audience measurement, technical and browsing information is also processed: pages viewed, browsing events, device type, browser, approximate geographic location, and visit source. The site does not use advertising tracking cookies.
Purpose and legal basis
Data from forms is used to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and manage any resulting business relationship. The legal basis is your consent (voluntary submission of the form) and Easy Solutions' legitimate interest in processing the inquiries received.
Browsing data is used solely to measure audience metrics and to improve the site's content and usability. This processing is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Target audience
Your data is intended solely for authorized Easy Solutions personnel responsible for processing requests. It is not sold, transferred, or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Forms are processed via the site's IONOS hosting service and then forwarded to Easy Solutions' professional email address. The hosting provider acts solely as a technical service provider.
When you accept audience measurement, the corresponding data is processed by Google Ireland Limited as part of the Google Analytics 4 service. This data may be processed in the United States. For transfers to Google LLC, Google relies notably on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC declares adherence; standard contractual clauses may also apply where necessary. Shelf life / Retention period
Your data is retained for the time necessary to process your request, then for the duration of the business relationship, and finally archived in accordance with legal obligations. In the absence of a business relationship, contact requests are deleted no later than 3 years after the last interaction.
Your choice regarding statistics is stored for 6 months. Google Analytics cookies are configured to expire after a maximum of 13 months.
Your rights
