Send photographs of the pedestals, product references, passage width and the articles you need to protect. This helps us assess replacement, extension, maintenance or compatible replenishment. We review existing equipment before recommending changes. A replacement may concern an antenna, electronics, a deactivator, a detacher, consumables or the complete system. Compatibility is checked case by case.
AM, RF or RFID: decide around your operation
AM is assessed where detection coverage, stability and suitable protection for sensitive products are priorities. RF is particularly relevant when an existing RF environment and consumables need to be retained. RFID can be considered when the project also involves inventory, replenishment and stock visibility. A label or hard-tag reference alone does not prove compatibility: detection, removal and deactivation must also be checked.
From the first store to the network
We assess independent-store and multi-site projects throughout mainland France, excluding Corsica. Photographs, entrance measurements, consumable references and a checkout layout support the initial assessment. For a network, a representative pilot store can validate the technology, installation and staff procedures before rollout. Product references, settings, accessories and instructions are documented to support future ordering, maintenance and new openings.
What a useful quote should cover
Equipment, consumables, installation, site constraints, commissioning and staff handover should be identified separately. For several sites, the proposal also sets out priorities and phasing while taking store operations into account. The recommendation should be understandable to the store operator and to purchasing, property and security teams.
Different merchandise, different constraints
Pharmacies need discreet labels, suitable counter processes and operational continuity. Clothing stores need hard tags, cables or cases with practical detachment at checkout. Luxury retail requires protection that respects product presentation. Networks need consistent references and a manageable maintenance approach. The entrance, merchandise and checkout workflow are considered together.
Installation, staff handover and maintenance
Before installation, we review the entrance, power supply, customer circulation, checkout location and opening constraints. At commissioning, staff need clear procedures for protecting articles, removing hard tags, deactivating labels and reporting an incident. Ongoing support covers replenishment, checkout accessories, extensions and maintenance under the agreed terms.

Can the existing consumables be retained?
A partial replacement may be possible, depending on the technology and condition of the equipment. Photographs and references help identify what can be kept.
Do I need to know whether I need AM, RF or RFID?
No. Start with the type of store, number of entrances, merchandise and existing equipment. The assessment determines the appropriate technology.
How do we organise replenishment across several stores?
Agreed product references and a replenishment rule for each store help limit shortages of labels, hard tags, cases and checkout accessories.
Can EAS be combined with other security systems?
Video surveillance, intrusion detection and access control can complement EAS according to the areas, operating hours and restricted entrances to protect. We assess each system and the interactions required.
